Solving the problem of iodine deficiency



How to use Jodis-Concentrate Bath


The product "JODIS-CONCENTRATE - Bath" is intended for external use.

According to the conclusion of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine # 05.03.02-04 / 26872 dated 06/09/2006. Iodine concentration is recommended for water disinfection up to 4000 µg / dm³, and for bathing – 10 µg / dm³.

Another guideline for iodine concentration when taking a bath is the (only approved) State Sanitary Norms and Regulations "Hygienic requirements for drinking water intended for human consumption" (DSanPiN2.2.4-171-10) dated 07/01/2010. According to this document, the content of iodine in drinking water is 20-30 µg / dm³ (in Russia - 10 ÷ 125 µg / dm³ according to SanPiN

Methodical recommendations approved by the Crimean Republican Scientific Research Institute of Physical Methods of Treatment and Medical Climatology. Sechenov from 08/11/2000. On physiotherapeutic use of "Jodis-Concentrate" the following conditions are defined:

bath temperature 36 ÷ 37 º С;

duration of reception 10 ÷ 15 minutes;

the iodine content is 150 ÷ ​​200 μg / dm³;

frequency after one day;

course of admission 10 ÷ 15 procedures.

This recommendation requires a doctor's consultation or is performed in a sanatorium.



For children, the bath is prepared with a minimum concentration of iodine in water (10 µg / dm³). To do this, take 20ml (one tablespoon) of the "JC Bath" and dissolve (mix) in 100 liters of drinking water (chlorinated water is poured earlier and allowed to stand for 30 minutes for the simplest but mandatory dichlorination).

For adults, the bath is prepared with an iodine concentration of 30 µg / dm³. To do this, take 60 ml (three tablespoons) of the "JC Bath" and dissolve in 100 liters of water.

the duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes;

periodicity for children at every bath;

periodicity for adults on their own schedule with a break of up to two days.

NOTE: For adults, it is possible to increase the concentration of iodine in the bathroom within the recommended range after consulting a doctor.
