Solving the problem of iodine deficiency
Each of us would like our food to benefit our body. To be properly balanced carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vitamins and micronutrients necessary for us. But today, it is more and more difficult to find such products. Because the food market is full of all kinds of substitutes, and natural products, unfortunately, do not have a full saturation of useful substances.
The use of nitrates and other chemicals in the cultivation of cereals, vegetables and fruits, low-quality feed and the lack / absence of vitally important biologically active substances in the diet of agricultural animals all this negatively affects the final product and makes the human food not quality and not useful.
To change this situation for the better, the "Jodis" association developed a whole program using the product "Jodis-Concentrate" and is aimed at livestock, poultry and crop production. The purpose of the program is to preserve the basic conditions of a full-fledged food product.
LET TALK ABOUT CATTLE BREEDING AND POULTRY
One of the main conditions on which the growth of meat resources in the country depends, is still the full-fledged feeding of animals and poultry. Their diet must necessarily be balanced on microelements and it is satisfied by guaranteed additives to the main components of the feed. This directly affects their health and productivity.
One of these additives is iodine - an important and irreplaceable trace element for life. Iodine deficiency is the cause of serious diseases not only in humans, but also in animals.
Iodine is present in the synthesis of thyroid hormones (thyroxine and triode of thyroxine). Thyroid hormones stimulate the body's functions in two ways:
regulate growth:
The lack of iodine causes hypertrophy of the thyroid gland, growth slows down.
Broiler chickens grow normally when receiving 0.1 mg of iodine per 1 kg of feed in the diet.
The effects of iodine supplementation on cattle were studied. The dependence of growth and live weight of calves at fattening was established (Bessonov AI, Bayandin MP 1985); digestibility and metabolism of cows in lactation phases (Sedina GV 1988); the concentration of iodine in the milk of cows receiving a different amount of iodine (Berg J.N., Padgitt D. 1988).
"Jodis-Concentrate" TU U 14326060.003-98 passed large-scale tests in scientific research institutions of Ukraine and its application is widely used in the food industry and agriculture.
CATTLE BREEDING
One of the main food products of man are products of animal origin: meat, milk, butter, etc.
Quality products can only be obtained from healthy animals, and the provision of animals with iodine plays a very important role here.
A lower iodine content in feed and water leads to weakening of the animal's immune system, therefore, to increased sensitivity to diseases on the one hand, and to a decrease in iodine content in animal meat, on the other hand.
It is known that iodine deficiency leads to immunodeficiency, an increase in the risk of developing tumors, a decrease in the resistance of the animal organism to viruses (including H5 N1) and to a number of other diseases..
Iodine, and especially biologically active, combines such properties as universality, a wide spectrum of action, "compatibility" with the body, "recognizing someone else" in a living organism by analogy with cells "killers", the ability to remove the products of the "alien" from the body. All this was practically confirmed when solving problems in animal husbandry and poultry farming.
For example, it is proved that an increase in iodine in the diet of animals by 70% reduces the accumulation of 137Cs (radioactive cesium) in cow milk by 12.39% (Vestnik Agrarian Science, Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, M.I.Didukh, V.M.Bidenko, 1997, pp. 11-15).
Iodine and its various forms are able to interact with virtually all classes of substances that make up the mammalian organism, as well as in the membranes and cells themselves (primarily with proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, amino acids, hormones, enzymes, vitamins, etc.).
The ability of iodine to interact with proteins is important in the prevention of prion diseases. The known prion infectious agents do not have genomicanucleic acid, they are defined as "small protein-infecting particles with increased resistance to inactivation by methods involving the modification of nucleic acids."
There are reasonable assumptions that injections of "Jodis-Concentrate" can be used to treat both iodine deficiency disorders and diseases associated with prion infections - "cow rabies".
Precisely the preventive measures are the main ones in the fight against any diseases, and our long-standing practice confirms this. And it is based, first of all, on the systematic use by people of iodized drinks on the basis of "Jodis-Concentrate".
For animals - watering - is also the best way, allows cheap and with maximum efficiency to use the unique properties of iodine.
Adding "Jodis-Concentrate" to drinking water is the most effective way of introducing biologically active iodine (BAY).
For dosing of cattle and pigs the dosage is specified experimentally at each enterprise and depends on the composition of the specific diet.
It is possible to completely replace the daily dose of iodine with doses using only "Jodis-Concentrate", which will improve the performance and quality of the final product.
It is recommended to drip twice a week. Daily exclusion of animals is not excluded (it is specified for each production considering the nuances of the adopted technology).

BAI - biologically active iodine.
Note:
POULTRY FARMING
One of the main conditions on which the quality of products and the productivity of poultry farming depends is the availability of a full balanced diet for livestock.
The lack or lack of vitally important biologically active substances in the diet adversely affects the health of the poultry, as well as productivity, feed conversion and quality of finished products.
The expediency of an additional dose of iodine in the diet of birds is proved by repeated studies using "Jodis-Concentrate", which contains biologically active iodine (BAY). When the body lacks iodine, hypothyroidism of the thyroid gland sharply manifests, the young bird of birds grows poorly and develops, productivity decreases, reproductive functions are violated.
When the body of the bird is saturated with biologically active iodine, the function of the thyroid gland normalizes, the thermoregulation, energy exchange and metabolism, the growth and development of blood circulation, muscle activity improves. As a result, the body's protective functions against diseases increase, feed assimilation improves, susceptibility to the action of medications increases, and their generally accepted dose decreases.
Eggs and poultry are saturated with biologically active natural iodine - the ideal source of iodine for the human body.
The necessary amount of iodine is obtained from the birds with food and water. The most effective assimilation occurs when drinking water is enriched with iodine ions.
Because of such drinking, the weight of the bird increases, the number of vitamins and medications added decreases, the number of diseases decreases, the necessary amount of feed decreases, and other indicators improve.
All these positive results are confirmed by research in Lithuania on the basis of the Vilnius Pedagogical University, the Kiev branch of the Institute of Poultry, the Selective Genetics Center for Oriana chicken, the CJSC Gavrilovsky Poultry Complex, the Poultry Farm Ukraine and the Poultry Farm Kyiv."
Because of the carried out researches the confirmation of reception of new production - poultry of the highest category was received.
